Step 1

Add salt to your pool, recommended salt level 3500 – 4500 ppm.

Step 2

Add stabilizer if needed, recommended level 80 – 100 ppm.

Step 3

Add the Sun-Chlor Solar Salt Chlorinator to your pool.

When swimming remove the SunChlor Salt Chlorinator and place away from sunlight.

Or continue to make chlorine on the side by placing your SunChlor in a bucket of pool water. After swimming empty the bucket of water back into your pool along with the SunChlor.

The recommended salt level for the Sun-Chlor Solar Salt Chlorinator is 3500 – 4500 ppm. The chart below is provided to help you determine how much salt is needed to reach the recommended levels.

Always check the stabilizer when checking salt. These levels will most likely decline together, use the chart to determine how much stabilizer must be added to raise the level to correct ppm.
